Processing Time. All charms are handmade with love and kindness. Because each piece is crafted by hand, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.

Domestic Shipping Only. As of now, we currently only ship in the United States.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages & Issues Polymer clay is durable but delicate. If your charm arrives damaged, please email us at andrea.designs@bekinddsgns.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right!
